Gail’s Grooming

I've been taking my dog to Gail for almost 3 years. I've heard from other groomers that my dog can be difficult but Gail knows how to get the job done, despite my dog being difficult. Gail is easy to communicate with and her prices are very reasonable. I love how my dog looks after Gail has groomed him! We are so grateful to have found Gail!

In front of her staff, Gail, the owner publicly humiliated me by asserting and yelling at me in front of her staff and customers saying I was excessively demanding when I inquired about my dog’s haircut with uneven cutting she responded with unprofessional and unpleasant demeanor, instead of addressing my concerns in a courteous manner, she abruptly grabbed my dog leash out of my hand and begin yelling at my dog, handling her aggressively and forcefully applying the clippers to her head. She has a cocker spaniel and is 15 years old. She then threw the leash at me and said that she does not need my business and none of her groomers will touch my dog. She said no Groomer would ever take my dog for $100. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to reconsider as they exhibit rudeness and lack of expertise and animal care Dog owners should be particularly vigilant!!!!! Do not leave your fur babies in there care!!!!!!!!

Gail does a great job with my 2 yorkie-poos. My dogs don’t like to be groomed, so I’m always so impressed when they come home looking fabulous. Now that is a skilled groomer! Easy parking, good availability. I highly recommend Gail for your pups pampering

Gail, and her team, is great with my putting my dog at ease while getting her nails done. She’s always pleasant and the shop is well maintained.

Gail is wonderful, she really cares about the pups that come to her. I have a feisty chihuahua who hates getting her nails trimmed and hates going to places like the vet or groomers as she has trauma from spending time in a vet hospital for a blood transfusion but Gail is willing to put the time, patience and energy to help her. My other dog loves coming too, hut she loves EVERYTHING! Thanks, Gail!
