the previous groomer disappeared without notice and 3 women took over. As another person posted they were rude and didn’t mention price raise prior to grooming. Also caused a large abrasion on one of my dogs back. Just the whole vibe of the place caused my dogs (and me) to be anxious. Another friend also stopped going there for same reasons. I found a great groomer elsewhere.

I take my dog here, and they always do an excellent job! The staff is super friendly, they offer same-day appointments, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Best haircut yet, groomer got ahold of me to tell me my dog had fleas, which was horrifying. She gave him a flea bath, and a terrific haircut. The prices are extremely reasonable. Groomer is an expert at her job.

I've brought my dog here so many times and always had a great experience with cupertino. When i called to make an appoinment the lady that answered said she could fit my dog in on saturday at 10am since she was really booked in the morning. When i showed up saturday at 9:50 she said she thought i wasnt bring my dog in anymore and was about to cancel my appoinment she was very rude the whole time making unnecessary comments about how i take care of my dog. She over charged way to much for a job that wasn't even worth it she left my dog looking really bad. Please bring cupertino back

This is the only place I trust to take my dog. She always looks great and I can usually get an appointment the same day I call. You can trust them to make your pet look amazing! My dog is comfortable there.

I used to love coming here because I've never had an issue with them before and the prices have been good, but I'm not sure if they are under new management or what but the ladies there are very rude. I called about a sudden price change that they did without notifying me and they had no customer service skills whatsoever. I didn't want to do the whole back and forth thing because they weren't being understanding and just trying to prove their point so I just said we'll go ahead and pay the price increase but it would of been nice to notify your customer first instead of just surprising them. But I guess the phone call upset them because they took it out on my poor dog. When we went to go pick him up, they basically had him choked up on the leash and he looked very frightened. We confronted them about it and they're were like oh that's just how he is. Uhm no I know my dog and he was legit scared. I will not let this go unnoticed. I will be making a report to the BBB and local animal control. I know I'm just one case, but hopefully if this type of treatment has happened to anyone else then they can start building a case against them because we need to stand up for our babies. All I'm gonna say is think twice before coming to this place.
