I wish i can give 0 they are ridiculous! You guys have the right to refuse service if you guys are not able to handle a pet’s behavior which should have been the case with my dog!! im very disappointed because my instructions were very clear to "only trim all over the body don’t cut the hair short at all only just a little bit of trimming but hair around butt cut it short short" when my mom picked up my dog they told my mom to get my dog inside the crate and "next time we should handle our dog" well if thats the case if my dog’s behavior was really bad and you guys weren’t able to handle it you should’ve called us and refused the service instead of leaving my dog looking crazy! DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMING SPOT!! first photo the before and the other 2 photos are when this horrible grooming spot did my baby boy!😡😡😡😡😡

I'm so Grateful that I chose PawPrints Grooming for my doggies Sasha & Suki!🐕‍🦺🦮 🤗 Their Groomer is Brenda & she's Rocks!🎸🥰 I love that the doggies aren't in kennel/cages (locked up)...they're in "playpen" style openness but safe & secure...and they're togetherrr!👌 I love that part! 💜 Also, The Doggy Bather was very thoughtful, aware and Proactive! ...even provided skin Nurturing conditioner for Sasha, (that she Needed but I was unaware) -- and at No addt'l cost -- just doing "the next right thing!" That was so Cool & I Felt the Love for My Doggies & that they were in Good Hands! 😇 When I picked them up, they were Gorgeous!🧚‍♀️💗 Their Beautiful White Fur with these Cute Valentines 💝 Bow Scarfs...Adorable! And they smelled sooo good & looking so Sweet & Happy when they saw me! 😊 So Perky! I could tell -- They Felt the Love Too! ❤️ Thank You PawPrints for Your Excellent Customer Service! 💖

I have been bringing my cats here for several years to get my cats nails clipped. David is especially good with cats. He is able to put a very nervous cat on his lap and put the cat at ease while he clips the cat's nails. Very reasonable too.

Absolutely love it here ! After a horrible experience in Lodi I now bring my shih tzu here for his grooming and he loves it . The staff is friendly , his cuts are Always the best (never too little or too much) and whenever we approach the place Bentley is always in a great mood which is a telling sign he loves it as much as I do. The male that works here is seriously the sweetest , very friendly and he even remembers Bentleys name (not that I expect him to) I always make sure to tip because they deserve it! I appreciate all the extra attention love and care they give my fur baby and 5 stars is well deserved !

I'm 74 and been in charge of getting my Dogs groomed for 62 years. I walked in the other day and told them I was new to the neighborhood and he asked me if 11:a.m. was okay. We'll after almost 4 hours I asked was my Dog ready and they said he was going on the table right then. So it turned out to be almost 5 hours. When I went in the guy said that on Saturdays are always busy, he should of told me that when giving me the appointment. The cut was so uneven long here right next to short. They did one thing right, I asked to have his eye brows cut short and they did do that. My Dog was there almost 5 hours and the grooming looked like after I called they rushed through it. Sadly I live 300 feet from the shop and it would of been really convenient. If they told me that the next 3 grooms would be free I will never go back, lots of explanations but it still doesn't matter we will never be going back.

First time here, friendly helpful staff, don't think it took long. My dog is about 30lbs she had a full grooming bath, she got her ears cleaned, nails clipped and I think teeth brushed came to $30. I did purchase an additional product so my total was a little more then above mentioned price. Overall very satisfied and my Sailee girl was very happy and ready for a car ride. We will come back again, thank you.

Professional. Did great job on my dog hair cut and nail. Price is good too. I will definitely coming back and I will recommend to my friends.
