The ladies at Petsmart grooming are very friendly and gentle with my doggy baby. They are considerate that she is a rescue and is a sweet but shy girl. I also appreciate that they can fit us into their schedule. I highly recommend them.
I’m very disappointed with PetSmart’s grooming department. I had an appointment scheduled, showed up on time, and was told my groomer doesn’t even work weekends yet they’re the ones who scheduled me. It’s super inconvenient, especially when I plan my day around these appointments. What’s even worse is that they didn’t even bother to call or notify me beforehand. When I arrived, all they said was that the most they could do is reschedule me lol how professional. im done giving this location a chance not the first time this has happened either
Everyone was so nice. Xander was very professional. 1st time I had taken him to Pet Smart.
Our groomer always does a great job on our dog. She loves him, and he adores her. See Vanessa for baths, nail trim, etc..
My 16 year old daughter has been babying my parent's sheep guarding dog by bathing him this summer. So now she took him to a spa treatment. Our lab has anxiety leaving the ranch and the groomers were great taking care of him. He looked great for the few hours before he got back to work on the ranch!
The groomers do well and the online booking is great.
