Leah always does such a great job with our sweet, old, timid dog. We get the occasional photo after her grooming is done. So cute!
Friendly yet professional. Heather was so comforting to our pup. She listened carefully to our goal of this groom and repeated back to us what we needed done. She was on time and a pleasure to work with. Our pup looked great and smelled wonderful!
Jordan is a wonderful groomer, she does a fantastic job! She is passionate, patient, caring. She always has a smile and you can tell she loves what she does. The entire staff are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a pet grooming.

Just got home from my second visit to Petco - Strongsville for grooming services. Courtney took great care of my two dogs and they look outstanding! She is always upbeat and professional, connecting with me and the dogs. Courtney asks all the right questions on what services/cut is wanted and far exceeds any expectations I have when her work is done! You can tell she loves animals as both of my boys (one of which is scared of everybody and everything) trusted her from the moment they met her. This is the only place I will go back to and I will continue to book with Courtney! 100% Recommended.
