Christina does an excellent job every time! My curly-haired dog always looks clean, fluffy, and beautiful. She’s also very kind and professional.

Leah is amazing. She takes care of both of my dog whenever we come in. Super professional and never a complaint. I know how hard my dogs probably make her job and she always gets it done.

Easy booking process on the app, drop off and pick up were straightforward. Our dog was a littler nervous but they were very sweet with her. Very happy with grooming results, she looked and smelled great!

Desiree is our preferred groomer. My dog, Nico, absolutely goes crazy for her. She is really good with handling him and always grooms him exactly how I requested and sometimes even better than I expect. Nico always looks amazing at pick up.

I’m extremely disappointed with the grooming service at the Petco in Sunnyvale. This was the first time I had brought my dog there for a haircut, as it is closer to my place. When I picked him up, he was clearly terrified. I’m not sure what happened during the grooming session, but since that visit, my dog has been traumatized and can no longer tolerate professional haircuts at all. This was never an issue before, he had been groomed at other Petco locations without any problems. The groomer who handled my dog tried to make excuses and implied that my dog was "not good enough" for grooming, rather than taking responsibility or explaining how he was handled. That response was very upsetting and unprofessional. I escalated the issue to the manager at the Sunnyvale location, but nothing was done to address my concerns or help resolve the situation. What made this even worse is that today, when I tried to book an appointment with a different groomer, I discovered that I had been blocked from making any grooming appointments altogether, without explanation or communication. This feels extremely unfair and dismissive, especially after what my dog went through. This experience has been very frustrating and upsetting. I trusted Petco with my dog’s care, and instead, I’m left with a traumatized pet and no accountability from the store. I would not recommend the Sunnyvale Petco grooming service to other pet owners.
