Doggie’s Empire Mobile Pet Grooming

TOXIC CHEMICALS USED. Please do not use this company. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Wednesday I had them groom my 2 dogs. I handed them to my daughter who went inside and I paid, by the time I went inside my dogs eyes and skin around her eyes was blood red. She was still outside and had not left. so mere minutes. I immediately went back outside and showed the groomer. She said she didn’t know what happened. She even said it had happened while in our own care. I asked multiple times did you accidentally cut her or use clippers to sharp? She denied anything. So I text and called the owner. The owner ignored me but continued to communicate with the groomer. I finally figured out she had used toxic glue to adhere jewels to my dogs face. This was not asked for nor was it asked for permission. The glue had caused severe reaction. I sent pics to the owner who only replied with she needed to talk to the groomer before she could talk to me because the dogs were fine prior to being returned. They continued to talk via text. I called the owner 13 times left 3 voicemails and sent over 43 messages and pics and she refused to call me to even express concern or apologize. I asked for a refund for just one dog as to be reasonable and they have still not responded nor called me. This was horrific and my dog is still recovering.

The best groomers I’ve seen they got my yorki spot on heart shape face short and long leg hair. It’s been the best hair cut he has had. I’m a customer for life and my dog Gino thanks you. ❤️

Excellent service! They are not only convenient for busy pet mom’s but they also are carrying and professional. My 15yr old shiTzu Lola had a huge knot on her face that was creating a skin rupture and the Gromer Ivan managed to remove the knot with such precision , patience and kindness. Best service ever I truly recommend them .

The groomers came early and they did a fantastic job for a very fair price

Doggies empire always leaves blondie fresh, clean, and beautiful!! She’s feisty and not once have they ever had any issues with her! They treat her kindly and we know this cause of how she always receives them when they come. Thank you guys for another glow up of my baby!

They’ve taken great care of 3 of my cuties. The ages varied from a puppy, adult and senior dogs.

Another excellent grooming, Juan Pablo was on time, upbeat and friendly. My dogs feel calm around him. This time I want it a short cut and she look so pretty. I would definitely recommend Doggie Empire, the mobile service is so convenient. Thank you so much.
