i wish i could give 0 stars disappointed, unsatisfied now he has to regrow all his furr i didnt want all his hair cut off they cut off all his hair i have been growing his hair out since i got him all i wanted was a trim where he would still have all his hair he looks nothing like what i wanted why everytime the groomers decide oh wow long lucious furr lets cut it all off and charge $70 for it. 0/10 i just wanted a trim i didnt ask for all his hair to be shaved off. if you want all your dogs furr shaved off then come here. $70 and gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for now i have to wait months for it to grow back you cant undo shaving all my dogs hair off nothing will make this right either.

I had a very upsetting experience at this pet grooming business. During my dog’s appointment, on of the groomer injured my dog, which is completely unacceptable. I trusted this place to ensure a safe environment for all animals, and that trust was broken. My dog went completely blind due to their negligence. What concerns me most is not just the injury itself, but the lack of accountability and transparency afterward. I did not receive a clear information of how my dog was harmed, and no one told my dog was injured. I found that out when I got home. Pet owners should feel confident that their animals are safe with the groomers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I strongly recommend not to take your dog to that place.

It’s understandable that with a change in ownership, things may shift—prices increase and service quality can vary. What I did not expect, however, was for my dog to be injured. I was told the cause was a "bump" on his skin, but that explanation doesn’t align with reality. I am very familiar with my dog’s condition—I see and handle him every day—and he does not have any such bumps. While I understand that accidents can happen, this appears to be the result of negligence rather than an unavoidable issue, and that is deeply concerning. Update: There was no 'bump,' and you know it. Bobby lives on my lap, and I can guarantee there was no such a thing on his dorso. But now there is a big, ugly scar, that will remind me of you every single day. You rushed, clipped his skin, and invented an excuse. Let's add lying to the list of wonderful skills someone can master. The irony of incompetence is that it rarely recognizes itself—and so it repeats the same mistakes. And no amount of AI will fix that. I can only guarantee that you will never hurt any of our dogs again. But let's see how long it will take for the next "bump" to happen on your shop.

I was recommended to go to Pat’s Pedigree after the last groomer cut my dog badly enough that she needed stitches. I just got my dog groomed at Pat’s Pedigree, and I will definitely be coming back. The service was amazing, and the staff was very sweet and willing to help. The service was reasonably priced for what was included and I thought that everything was done fairly quickly. The groomers did a great job, and my dog looked amazing after I picked her up. They cut her fur exactly like I asked them to, and they even put little accessories on her. I will absolutely be coming back and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for somewhere to take their dog.

I love, love, LOVE this place! I have a Welsh Pembroke Corgi, and as any Corgi owner knows, their grooming isn’t just about a quick trim—it’s an art. From the signature fluffy butt to the specific way their fur needs to be shaped, it’s not easy to get it right. But Pat’s Pedigree and Grooming absolutely nails it every single time. This is honestly one of the only places in Miami that truly understands how to groom a Corgi properly. The groomers are clearly experienced and passionate about what they do, and it shows in every detail. The relationship between price and quality is spot-on. It’s not overpriced, but not cheap either—just that perfect middle ground where you know you’re getting amazing value for your money. What really stands out to me is how well the dogs are treated. They’re kept in a clean, safe, and loving environment the entire time. You can tell the staff genuinely care—they treat every dog like their own. My Corgi is always happy when I pick him up, looking great and smelling even better! Bonus: their scheduling is super easy, and they’re always accommodating if you need something last-minute. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found them. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾

I’ve personally used their services and had a very good experience every time. They are kind, professional, and genuinely care about the animals they work with. My dog always comes back looking great, clean, and well cared for. It’s hard to find people you can truly trust with your pet, and they really do an amazing job.
