PetSmart Grooming

Today was my dog Turks first time getting groomed and his nails trimmed. I was nervous for him because although he is a sweet dog, I just didn’t know what to expect. From booking the appointment, to the staff making sure I brought his vaccinations, checking him in and the actual services, it was an amazing experience for both of us. They took their time and made sure he felt relaxed before taking him back. They even made me feel relaxed. Emily and Megan were beyond sweet, caring, and extremely professional. I look forward to bringing him again and I know he will be happy to see them!

If I could give zero i would. I am a VERY experienced reptile keeper. A few weeks ago we purchased a corn snake who's health rapidly declined within a few days of purchase. We got our money back (which truthfully wasn't the point), and then a couple weeks later figuring it was a fluke purchased a crested gecko. We'll guess what, right outside the return window the crestie is dead. I will be contacting corporate for their unethical keeping practices and several ill animals. Gross.

Tanya is one of the sweetest and best groomers I’ve had. She did an awesome job with trimming and washing Jimmy and making sure he’s more handsome than ever. She made sure to address my concerns and areas where Jimmy needed more attention. I will be coming back for sure, the whole salon has really attentive staff. Tanya gave him a pretty bandanna, coupon book, and treat at the end! I couldn’t ask for better service here.

Little lady was looking terrible after a couple months without going to a groomer in between moving from AZ to NY. PetSmart Grooming did a great job freshening her up and grabbed her first clothes for this colder weather while we were there.

I took my dog Teddy to get groomed today. He was groomed by Tanya. She is so sweet and always does a great job . I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get thier dog groomed. Thanks Tanya for taking good care of my Teddy.
