Extremely defensive when we warned them about potentially picking up fleas there (which the vet suggested was likely.) literally called my husband back to be rude and act like fleas are seasonal 😂 completely unnecessary as all we did was warn them fleas had been in their vicinity.

The best! They’re always so quick and easy to get into, have great prices and are so loving to my very scared large dog when he goes in for nail trim! Today there was a cute emotional support pup that jumped up to comfort him! Highly recommend!

They take excellent care of our pup. He always comes home smelling and looking great! We love Pink Pug for how well they pamper Maverik.

Shoutout to Pink Pug and Victoria! I moved here to Syracuse recently have been looking for a pet groomer for a bit. My dog’s vaccines were about to expire and she desperately needed a full grooming. I called Pink Pug and spoke with Victoria. Even though I could tell they had a full schedule and a lot going on, she made time for me and my dog and fit her in!! I was very happy with the outcome and even happier with the customer service. I’ll be taking my dog, Stella, here from now on!

Month after month great service and smiling faces

Great service have been taking my baby girl there for 3 years! For her first grooming ever we were nervous but they eased our minds she was able to play at the day care while she waited and after she was groomed! I think because of that my dog loved to go get groomed because shes able to play with her pawls afterwards. The groomers always give you a warm welcome and know your pup!!

Amazing experience! Staff is kind and the owner even came to greet me and say hello to the dog I brought in. She (the great dane) had a blast playing with the other dogs while waiting for her turn to get groomed. When I came back to pick her up she was looking as majestic as ever and so happy!! I will be returning for sure! Great service, amazing people to work with and I trust them with my dogs which range in age and size!
