99 Problems But Groom'n Ain't 1

We had such a great experience at 99 problems but groom’n ain’t 1 ! Elyse was very friendly and welcoming, and she took the time to ask exactly what we wanted for our pup’s haircut. She did an amazing job! Our dog looks fantastic and was clearly comfortable the whole time. You can tell they really care about both the pets and their owners. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Great experience! Did a good job grooming my Roxy! Even the dog trainer asked where she got groomed it was THAT good! Will be referring everyone I know to them.

The only place in Tacoma that I take my dog. She’s very reactive to other dogs but they always treat her like she was there own there. When I needed advice and recommendations, they were so helpful and informative. They do such a good job and the price is so reasonable. You really couldn’t find a better groomer.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The gentleman who scheduled us over the phone was very energetic and nice, and he explained all of their services in detail. He got us on the books with a good plan for our pup! This was our dog’s first time being professionally groomed and they handled her with care and made us feel at ease through the whole process. We will be back every 8 weeks for the foreseeable future 😃 Thank you so much!

My dogs nails were getting pretty long and she has a big issue with people touching her paws or nails. I’ve taken her to about four different places before and none of them were able to get her nails trimmed because she’s so difficult. This place did an amazing job getting it done and it was a walk in!. I honestly felt a little bad because she was not easy at all, but they were patient, kind, and didn’t give up. I’m so grateful they took the time and handled her so well. Thank you so much we’ll definitely be coming back again!

For the last two years, I've been taking my Yorkie to 99 Problems, but Grooming Ain't One, and I've never been happier! They always do a fantastic job, and my dog looks absolutely perfect every time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch groomer.

I had an excellent experience until I had to cancel last minute due to an emergency heart appointment. I was told I would be charged for the appointment anyway, which I totally understand, but since I couldn’t get in until May, I told them I would need to find another groomer. I wasn’t exactly treated with kindness, more like impatience. I was stunned. My heart is way more important than paying the fee. But because of that phone interaction I won’t be back. It really is sad because before this, everything was fantastic. A little empathy does go a long way though.
