Bubbles & Bows Pet Grooming

Stacy has been grooming my terrier-mix for about ten years. Remy is tenacious and follows commands in his own time. He experienced trauma at another shop when the manager took less than a "positive approach." She engaged in a battle of wills with my dog (and then blamed him for not acquiescing). Stacy helped undo the damage through gentle but firm encouragement and patience. Remy’s no longer terrified of grooming, and he loves Stacy. She deserves all the credit in his turnaround. I highly recommend Bubbles and Bows!

I don’t often get to drop the dogs off when they are groomed and cut, but I did today, and was so surprised that they were as excited about going to your establishment as they are when I take them to the park. That is probably the best recommendation you can get. We have three Australian shepherds which can be challenging (lots of energy). Thank you for doing such a great job, And they obviously love you

*****A truly kind and professional team***** We've been visiting Bubbles & Bows for a few years, they're fabulous and have great taste in cuts. Today I brought our Irish Setter/Doodle mix, Ruby, after a period where I’d been sick and unable to keep up with her grooming for several months. This time she was very matted and nervous — not the easiest client — but the team was *incredibly* kind, gentle, and non-judgmental from the moment we walked in. They treated Ruby with such patience and care, even when she was whining and clearly uncomfortable. I told them not to worry about making her look perfect, but they went above and beyond anyway. They took the extra time to give her an adorable face and tail trim, and now she looks beautiful and feels so much better. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed Ruby (and me) today and always. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place 10 million stars I would. So far I have only brought my cat in twice for a grooming. The first time went very well and I was pleased. The second time I got a call from Donna to let me know Kaia was not doing well and I should come pick her up immediately. And I couldn’t be more grateful she did because I immediately took my baby to the emergency and she was going into heart failure due to fluid in her lungs from her heart not pumping enough. She got diagnosed with congestive heart failure. It truly was one of the worst and scariest moments of my life. I am grateful for how attentive and watchful they were with Kaia and after even one visit noticing that she wasn’t being her usually self. When I called her to update her she was very kind and even offered for future visits to accommodate my baby Kaia to reduce any external stress. Couldn’t be happier with this place and definitely recommend.

We took our long haired cat to a different place and previously paid $85 for 20 seconds of sanitary shave. This is an easy, gentle, quiet and compliant kitty. The other place made us drop her off in the morning and come back before closing. We had no idea how easy and quick it was and how much we were getting ripped off until we discovered Bubbles and Bows. Their service is super quick, friendly and reasonably priced and done (in literally 20 seconds) while we wait.

This was my second visit for a sanitary shave. There was a misunderstanding, which I understand happens. I assumed the groomers in the shop knew when I said "shave" I was requesting the same sanitary shave he had previously + sanitary shave is what I specifically requested when I made the appt. It’s hard to see my beautiful Persian with part of his back/side shaved off; hopefully it grows back like the rest of his hair (and I will get over it). More challenging than the shave was overall I didn’t feel heard. I shared he has arthritis and a few mats. The groomers were really rough pulling at the mats and the way they pinned him down and moved him was too rough for me personally. I’ve taken my cats to groomers for many years and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I feel terrible that put my older cat through this.

I've been taking by long-haired ragamuffin cat Noah here for a few years now since he was a kitten. He always gets a full brushout, nail clip, sanitary shave. Any and all tangles or knots are always gone afterwards. Every six months or so they give his underside an extra trim to prevent matting in tough spots like armpits, inside of back legs, etc. Noah and I thank you for the continuously great service!
