I brought my dog in for a grooming and thought everything went okay at first. After bringing my dog home, I noticed that he was acting odd. Unable to jump on the couch, wouldn't go up the stairs, and kept his head down etc. At first, I thought he might have gotten water in his ear, and the issue would be resolved on its own. On day three of him acting like this, my husband and I took him to an emergency visit to our vet. Come to find out he had a minor spinal cord injury... Our dog was in perfect health until we brought him here. I tried getting in contact with the store, and the manager promised to give me a call back. I still have not heard from them and probably won’t. I hope nothing like this ever happens again!

This place had groomed my dog many times but decided today to shave him down to the skin. This is my dogs last Christmas most likely and now he looks terrible. I can’t even understand why after several groomings they would give a 15 year old terrier a full body buzz cut.

My baby came home sliced and diced like a steak. They didn't tell me they cut her up and she is bleeding all over me in the car. Pray I can treat the injury properly w/o infection and we both need a bath. This is sad!

This place injured our dog and cost us a lot of money in vet bills! The desk lady who took the complaint was kind and apologetic but promised the manager would call us back to discuss what happened and they simply did not. I can only assume the manager does not care what happens to animals in their care or is possibly just a coward about owning up to mistakes made by their business. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received at Clip N Clean! After trying several dog groomers in the area without satisfaction, I was beyond relieved to finally discover Clip N Clean. My doodle was in dire need of a grooming session due to severe matting, and they handled the situation with such care and expertise. Not only did they manage to shave her down at a very fair price, but they were also incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process. I am excited to have found such a wonderful place and amazing people to trust with my pet's grooming needs. From now on, Clip N Clean is definitely my go-to groomer, and I'll be enthusiastically recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for making my experience nothing short of fantastic!

We have been taking our dogs there since they opened! Lynette and CnC family are always amazing. My mom had at least 6 plus rescue poodles groomed there over the many years. Lynette had sent my mom flowers when we lost our first poodle so many years ago. She was so thoughtful when we lost our mom a few years ago. She took care of our pups when I needed, I didn't even have to speak...I couldn't. We still have Freddie, 18? now, my mom's last dog and he loves going to Clip and clean! My mom would be happy. Life comes at us up's and downs and it's great to know Lynette, Clip n Clean has been there for us! Thank you! Freddie is such a sweet boy and they are terrific. I would not go anywhere else. I LOVE THEM!
