The people at the grooming center were very helpful and super sweet to my dogs. They did a fabulous job on my mini Aussie, who gets a specialty cut, and my girls did not come back to me stressed or upset at all. Highly recommend!

I have not had one bad experience with my frenchie - every groomer has been so kind and remember my girl even when it’s been a few months. She smells great and her nails are perfectly smooth.

This is regarding the Tacoma Mall Petco. Our dog is a long haired, double coated Belgian Malinois / Great Pyrenees mix. Ziah does a wonderful job with her! Our dog has anxiety and specifically only seems to like this groomer. She comes home looking and smelling great each time. Very satisfied with the services.

Krystle did so amazing with Peanut! For the first time ever, I noticed a significant decrease in Peanut’s shedding. A few weeks ago, I accidentally cut Peanut’s quick when trimming her nails and have been afraid to cut them since. Krystle noticed the quicks had grown out longer than their ideal length and recommended a follow up nail trim two weeks after this groom to help them recede. I really appreciate the attentiveness and care she expressed towards Peanut. I will definitely be booking with Krystle again!
