Bloomingtails groomed my dog Beans for three years while I lived in Tallahassee. Beans experiences fear aggression towards new people and Bloomingtails staff always demonstrated patience and kindness when grooming him. They worked with him for years to increase handling time and build trust. At the time of our final grooming session, Beans had built solid relationships with the groomers and enjoyed getting groomed. Not only are they clearly very talented at what they do, Bloomingtails staff are extremely professional and will go to great lengths to make sure your dog is comfortable and safe. I recently took Beans to a new groomer in my new city and Bloomingtails went so far as to talk to the new groomers on the phone to walk them through how to best handle him. I was afraid I would be starting at square one with a new groomer, but due to Bloomingtails’ facilitation the new grooming appointment went flawlessly. Beans’ fear aggression has improved greatly over the years and I know that his regular, successful appointments with Bloomingtails played a big part in his improvements. I would recommend Bloomingtails a thousand times over. They are a hardworking family-owned business and Tallahassee is extremely lucky to have them. My Persian cat Henri was in rough shape with mats in his fur. We struggled to find a groomer that did a good job with cats and was worth the price. Bloomingtails got him in right away and did an incredible job! In 30 minutes he was a whole new cat. The cut looks fantastic and we can tell he feels so much better.

I don’t leave reviews but I had to just in case anyone was on the fence. My recommendation would be— get off the fence and take your pet to Bloomingtails! As a first time pet mom, they have been so nice and informative every visit. They’ve helped me out even more than the vet! My girl always smells so good and is so clean. They really love dogs and for that, they’ll always have my business 🙂

I go out of my way to get my dogs groomed by the crew at Bloomingtails! They are accommodating to our schedules, listen to the pet owners and extremely experienced groomers. My Goldendoodle, Yorkie and Scottie loved their grooming visits. Whether you have a show dog or just a loved pet, you will not be disappointed with their attention to detail in making your fur baby look their best.

Hands down best grooming salon in Tallahassee. Everyone is always so friendly our Jelly's cut is always amazing and he doesn't come back scared and full of anxiety like at other places. The pricing is also unbeatable. Highly recommend

Moved here recently from South Florida where I used a mobile dog groomer, but due to the move and getting settled ours dogs were behind on grooming. Decided to try a brick and mortar service and made a bunch of calls. Bloomingtails was the only one that actually answered the phone on the initial call. Super friendly and accommodating, quoted great prices and efficiently booked my two dogs for a few days later. Drop off was seamless and received a texted pickup a couple hours later (earlier than expected) and my pups looked ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Booked my next appointment on the spot. Thank you to the awesome crew at Bloomingtails.

Absolutely love Bloomingtails! They’re so sweet, super responsive, and always do an amazing job grooming my dog—even when I leave a laundry list of 20 oddly specific notes (sorry, y’all 😅). Somehow, they nail it every time. My pup always comes out looking fresh and fabulous. Highly recommend!
