Moonstone Grooming

Our golden retriever has seen Sarah, Brenden and the Moonstone Grooming team ever since she was a puppy, and we continue to recommend them as they’ve pampered her through the years. The team is always kind, supportive and professional. Not only do they do an incredible job keeping our pup sanitary after prolong play, and prim for holiday photos, but they also are a caring team who are another set of eyes pointing out items to bring up with the Veterinarian. We’ve recommended them to friends with both long and short-hair breeds of varying sizes, all of which are just as happy customers as we are.

We are so happy we found Moonstone! Blue seemed comfortable and happy when we picked him up. When we used to get him groomed elsewhere, he would be nervous and shaky for a while afterwards. This time, when we came in to pick him up, he was wagging his tail and running around. He loved it and he looks so handsome. Thank you for the great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Very friendly staff, like that it's an open area so you can see what is happening with the dog's. My opinion is it's a little expensive for a small dog, but they did a great job on my baby.

My old Groomer retired, and Moonstone Groomers was recommended to me by my Vet, and my pet food store. So, I gave them a try, and was very pleased about the job done on my Yorkie. Very well done, and for a fair price too. No long days at the groomers, it's drop your dog off, and pick the dog up in a couple of hours. I like thst, as I don't like my dogs bring at the groomers all day long. Conveniently located in Mid Town on Thomasville Road in Duval Plaza, easy to get to, and the results are excellent. Five Big Stars all around, you will like.

After 2 1/2 years in Tallahassee I have finally found an amazing groomer! Melissa listened to my expectations of how I wanted my beloved miniature schnauzer, Louie, groomed. She was patient with me, even when I talked about his "dislikes" when being groomed. She allowed me to send pictures to her personal phone. When I picked Louie up after his first visit, he looked awesome! And better than that, he was happy! I could tell he had a great experience! Now, I would be remiss if I did not mention the other staff, particularly Sarah. As a pet human, I was so impressed with Sarah, her professional demeanor, and her willingness to work with my challenging schedule. My experience with Moonstone Grooming has been a delight since my first conversation with them! Kind, friendly, and true animal lovers! I truly could not ask for more, and am grateful to have finally found my forever groomer! A solid FOUR PAWS UP!!

Definitely the best groomers in town! I live for my dogs and JJ took such great care of my little one. I really valued their communication from making the appointment to picking up Oliver. Their Midtown location is super convenient so you can run errands or get a bite while your dog is being groomed. I also loved how they let the dogs run around instead of being held in crates. Thanks so much for the great care!
