Petco Grooming

Amanda is wonderful. Willow hates getting her nails clipped, but Amanda takes the fear from Willow. She's a great addition to the Petco employment. I tell all of my friends about Petco grooming and at great prices. So far I have gotten 2 new customers for Amanda, and I will keep recommending all for her. You have an excellent employee at Petco grooming. Thank you for having a safe place to bring my furbaby.

My dogs 14 has been getting hair cuts for 14 years and this is the first time I ever got a call that they can’t finish the service. My dog has never been this scared before. I saw another review about the same guy I think. I’ve never even made a review before but this is actually insnane the fsu picture is how I brought him and the first two is how I left. Worse experience ever

Ari is always on time. She takes care of our Rosey Wrinkles every month. She calls when Rosey will be ready in half an hour. She is a superior dog groomer. Thank you Ari for taking care of Rosey!

I’m sharing this two years later because I’m still genuinely mortified by what happened to my dog. I dropped off my mini golden doodle (who was less than a year old at the time) at 10:00 AM and didn’t get her back until 7:00 PM. I called multiple times throughout the day because the wait seemed unusually long. When I finally picked her up, she was completely unrecognizable, to the point where I honestly thought "This is not my dog." They had shaved the sides of her face, her stomach, and her ears. For context, she had no matting at all. To this day, she’s still terrified to go to the vet. I’m sharing this as a serious warning: do not bring your pet here.

We were late to the appointment because we had the wrong address. No fuss about being late for the appointment but I noticed that after 2 hours of the service being provided Mischa's hair was still wet. Maybe the service did not include drying. Setting that aside we are Petco's customer and we do everything pet related at Petco.

Usually Nat does my dog’s nails and she does a wonderful job everytime. Even if another groomer has to do it I can always count on quality work. My dog is pretty anxious but Nat is like the dog whisperer and my dog loves her!
