PetSmart Grooming

Marissa was amazing! She was super knowledgeable about all the fish and helped me pick the perfect ones. Patiently answered all my questions and made the experience really enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her!

This location literally had my dog for three hours and called me and asked me to pick her up and they will not be able to do her grooming, which was an inconvenience I took off from work drove home dropped her off waited around to get my time wasted none of the staff member out of the sixth or seven that was there couldn’t give her a bath and a haircut. That’s all I ask. She goes every three weeks so it’s not like she was in bad shape. We leave for spring break vacation tomorrow and I have and Poodle will be looking like a wet sheep on the beach thanks, Petsmart.

Couldn’t find any groomers before January. PetSmart grooming got us right into their shop. Penelope did a wonderful job. She had her work cut out for her. Schnauzer hadn’t been groomed in 3 months and looked like a mini bear with matting. Penelope transformed our fur baby into simply adorable. Thanks again.

Love the store and the staff, especially the trainer. My Doberman, Caitlyn is coming along so well in her training. All the staff is courteous and extremely kind.

Do not sleep on these groomers. Audrey is the BEST. She was very attentive to the details of the cut we wanted, she made the experience collaborative. Before anything she made sure that our Winston felt comfortable with her. She took pics for her reference, treated Winston as her own. Not only did she do the best birthday cut, she put a smile on our faces with her rainbow hair color. These groomers work hard and do a GREAT job please remember to tip them generously. THEY DESERVE IT!!! Thank you.

I’ve been bringing my 80lb Catahoula here for baths and nail trims for going on three years. They remember my pup’s name every time I come in and do a really great job. My gal doesn’t need haircuts so I can’t speak to that, but I really appreciate their expertise and patience with my big ole anxious dog. Ashley B gave my pup her bath and nail grind today and she was wonderful. Shoutout to all the groomers - it can’t be an easy job dealing with such a high volume of dogs and pet parents, but I am so grateful to have a trusted place to bring my dog! Y’all rock and thank you!!!

i literally just took my dog here to get a grooming session and rachel at the front was supposed to take care of him. as soon as i got there i could already tell she’s angry and over worked. Was a really pushy person. she took my dog back for two seconds and automatically called me. with the way she was talking to me before taking him i could already tell she was looking for an excuse not to take him back. i literally saw it coming with the way she was talking and getting worked up about me wanting a full body groom instead of just a sanitary clip. i don’t know what they do to those dogs in that back room but it has to be hell for my dog, who never has a problem with too many dogs or too many people, to react in a negative way.
