True North Grooming

I have an elderly dog in late stage heart failure. Our regular mobile groomer closed and storefront groomers declined to help due to her fragile state. She is still living a full life, with all if her function and faculties so far. But still, she was not a candidate for big chain storefront groomers. I called this groomer, and they were enthusiastically willing and ready to recieve her. We waited about a week, and brought her in, and she was fawned over by the groomers. When we went to pick her up, they told me how wonderful she was, and she was resting on a dog bed near their feet, not in a kennel or a crate, but included in the community area. Since that event, she seems to have a pep in her step. I'll be bringing her in until she crosses the bridge. Thank you True North, you made a real difference in our lives with your kindness and empathyand your willingness to help when others wouldn't. Our senior dogs need even more love and care and respect, a gentle groomer that may require more time and tenderness than a young healthy dog. True North really rose to the occasion. Thank you.

Kat did a wonderful job with my Brittany cross girl. She needed a sedated groom due to aggressive behaviors with grooming, but Oxbottom Animal Hospital worked with her to monitor my girl through her groom. She looks wonderful and I am so pleased with the care we both received! Highly recommend.

The single best and most attentive team, most certified and most satisfying, best with my (unproblematic but very people-driven female 4 yr old) dog Blue. They always let me know how she did, from her first visit, to now. They ONLY do this, with their quality and care put in the very first priority slot. Kat and everyone she chooses and trains have always been absolutely gold standard trust-worthy with my girl. And they even share on their social media that if slots are getting crowded and you need to make an appointment NOW Is the Time. Plus, for Christmas they offered a special package. It included a holiday photo and bandana and peppermint shampoo as an add on. The highest caliber place. You'll see.

I’m upset had my fur baby colored for the second time and it was horrible. The blue faded and stain my sofa. I took him back for a bath and the matter got worse it was all over his neck and body. I reached out and the response was so unprofessional they never addressed the stains on my sofa. Also, I requested they don’t caged my baby I only live 1min away and asked they contact me before he was done, so I could be there waiting for him. When I arrived my baby was in a cage I was so upset because I don’t cage my baby at all he suffered from anxiety which is why I make such a request. I’ve taken him to other groomers and they called me 30 minutes in advance. Not this facility they need to pay to have my sofa cleaned

All around great experience. Great customer service, great grooming on my golden retriever. Highly recommend!

Always a treat to get our pups shined up with a fresh haircut and groom. Kat is the greatest.

We have had issues with grooming our 18 year old Shih Tzu. She has severe anxiety. Kat suggested light sedation to do it. Keep in mind we only wanted her groomed for hygiene reasons. Kat did an amazing job and treated her as if she was her own. Highly Recommend!
