Joni's Pet Salon

This was our first time at Joni’s and will definitely not be our last. From the second we walked in to the moment walking out, the service and staff was beyond friendly and educated. They made myself and my dogs feel extremely comfortable. Joni listened to what I was looking for and really nailed it. She is truly truly awesome! We have 2 chihuahuas and this is the best hair cut and grooming experience we have ever had. They look and feel incredible. When picking them up, they did not seem anxious or scared at all (which is a first for them). I would highly recommend this salon and we will be going back.

First off everyone there is sooo welcoming and nice. First time there and I don’t know what type of witchcraft they do but I always bathe my own dogs (short hair and easy) and they’ve NEVER smelled this good. Even their faces after they eat a few days later they still smell good! My Great Dane jet , he has allergies and his paws are always red, even after my own vet medicated baths. Well they’re not anymore after picking him up from Joni’s!!!!! I couldn’t bathe them myself because of a procedure and I am able to again in a week or so, but I’m not going to even attempt to do it myself. I’m bringing them back to Joni’s!!!!! Worth every penny !!!!! Thank you to everyone there!!!!

Joni’s Pet Salon is an amazing grooming salon to take your fur baby to be beautifully styled. Everyone who works here is kind , considerate and fabulous with our Havanese. They are prompt timely and experienced. I highly recommend taking your beloved pet here!

Can’t fathom giving this place one star. My dogs come home and nervous wreck. They let dogs run all over the place putting my dog in danger. Whoever cut my dogs nails they were continuously bleeding. This lady obviously has reputation because she just has friends that feel bad for her. This is the worst place I’ve ever taken my dog not to mention my Yorkies haircut was crooked, which is fine it will grow in, but I was more concerned about the fact that my dogs nails were bleeding continually not the place to go. Plenty other safe for dog Grooming, places to take your fur baby and know that they are in comfort and good care..

We love Joni’s. Everyone on staff there is super friendly, even the cats and birds. Front desk staff is always kind and welcoming. We have seen Tatiana on three occasions for hand stripping and she has done a beautiful service for our German Wirehaired Pointer. She was immediately familiar with the breed standard and even educated us on some things. I am admittedly meticulous and at times hard to please but Joni’s and Tatiana have exceeded my expectations.

Brought my dogs in to Joni whom I’ve only been using this salon for 1 year because I couldn’t find my past groomer. I walked in early and she was being rough with my dogs while clipping their nails, very unnecessary handling of them. Her hands were shaking everywhere while handling my dogs. I walked outside so that I wouldn’t make my dogs more nervous. The haircuts were crooked. She didn’t do a good job on their faces all. Then the girl that came to take my payment happen to be my past groomer that I’ve been looking for. I wanted her number to arrange having her groom my dogs again, but she was very nervous and said she couldn’t give me her number. I see lots of good reviews for the salon but the way Joni handles dogs I have no idea how this lady is still in business. I’m bringing my dogs back to the place. They were going to a year ago, even though I won’t get to have my groomer there at least I trust the place and know that they are gentle and easy with my dogs. There is a reason why this salon’s prices are cheaper than everywhere else.

Joni was my mother's groomer for her sweet dog Pearl 20 years ago. Today I met her for the first time. She trimmed my chihuahua Frankie's nails. She was so gentle and loving as she trimmed her nails. I saw Joni giving kisses and snuggles as she worked on Frankie's nails. I was sooo blessed by this. Definitely will be back as I know she truly loves her clients ❤️ Thanks again for wonderful experience and memories ❤️ Merry Christmas
