PetSmart Grooming

I’ve taken my miniature schnauzer to PetSmart Grooming for years. I’ve moved from Puerto Rico to Florida and this is the only PetSmart I’ve used in the continental USA and Miss Norma is just the absolute best with my 14-year-old miniature schnauzer she listens to our request and always always make sure to have him exactly how we requested keeping an eye out for all his skin conditions and helping us with recommendations. I have absolutely no complaints with this Grooming in PetSmart. The entire crew is very diligent well trained, and kind. I can see that they enjoy working with their customers pets and every interaction is always so smooth and although the entire team does phenomenally Miss Norma truly does stand out for her great work and the care she puts in. Thanks!!

NORMA does an amazing job on my old lady schnauzer! Rosemary is always nervous before she goes but comes out looking like a show dog! She has been there a while and is fantastic I can’t recommend her more highly! We love you, Norma!

They cut a piece of my dog's ear off during a grooming appointment. I can't believe how many chances I've given petsmart, but that was the last one.

Teddy beer was the desired cut, but my dog was from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and they left it peeled and cut, they made a bad cut for 131 dollars, they did it to get out of the way. Ears poorly cleaned and uneven hair on the head and ears, I paid a lot of money for a bad job
