The grooming was okay, but not the best experience overall. My dog came back clean, though the cut wasn’t great and the staff didn’t seem very friendly. There are several other grooming places I’d probably trust more in the future.
We are blessed to have Jenny as Kona’s amazing Dog Groomer! Jenny’s cares for your dog with her expertise and heart! The other Groomers there are so very helpful as well! This is the best place to go to with your four legged dog babies!
I used Christy for the second time and my Maggie was a mess! She fixed her up and she's so much happier and looks great!
Wish I could give them negative star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. Horrible experience on my visit for grooming. Not only they did such poor job on the grooming, and to top it off they have an Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. They held my dog hostage, yanking on her chain and demanded money to release my baby. My dog was shaking with fear. I can’t imagine how someone could do this and treat animals this way.
