Temecula Pet Salon is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They treat my baby like their own and she always comes out so fluffy and soft after grooming. We had negative experiences with groomers in the past which caused our fur baby to develop anxiety getting groomed but she does so well here! Very thankful to have found them and will be a forever customer. Thank you!

I regret giving this place another chance. The first visits were fine, but then they cut my dog’s entire side and shaved dangerously close to his eye. We noticed the injuries later. When I brought this up, the manager showed no real concern and dismissed everything. He told me he would assign my dog to a different groomer, so I trusted that and came back. However, when I arrived, there was only one woman working and handling multiple dogs. I left my dog there at 10am and was told 3 hours. After 5 hours with NO call, I went inside and they had just started grooming him. Total time: 6 HOURS. That’s not grooming time, that’s poor management. My dog was clearly left waiting most of the day. The manager kept repeating "good quality" and "large dogs take many hours." Not true, just excuses instead of taking responsibility. If you don’t have enough staff, stop overbooking. Focus on the dogs’ safety. My dog left shaking, exhausted, and very thirsty. Completely unacceptable. I will not be back.

Temecula pet salon is awesome! They always do a really good job and they make sure my pet is safe and happy during his visits. I have a little Yorkie. They treat him so well and I highly recommend Temecula pet salon. You can book them online or text them and they get right back to you. They really make it easy.

We have been going here for over a year and they recently made a change in who is running the shop. The previous lady that was in charge was great and was all about the customer satisfaction. The changes that were made make it seem like the owners are all about a money grab now. So we will no longer be taking our dog here anymore. Good luck running a business without clients. AS A FOLLOW UP: We received a follow up phone call from Sage the regional manager. We appreciated her phone call addressing the issues that came about. She went out of her way to make sure we were heard and understood to ensure the next experience we have is a better one. Review started with a one star, but because of the hospitality from Sage I have increased the review to three stars for now until our next visit. ***Update. Recently took our dog back for a follow up service and it was complete night and day compared to our last visit. The customer engagement and friendliness especially with our Oreo was greatly appreciated. We will continue attending for future services. Sage made the difference in changing our mind.

I was so impressed with Temecula Pet Salon! From the moment I dropped off my furry friend, I felt confident she was in good hands. The staff were incredibly professional and kind. Since I stayed in the waiting room, they kept me informed every step of the way. She looked absolutely amazing when she was ready to go! She was clean, happy, and clearly well cared for. It's evident that they genuinely love animals. I'm so happy I found Temecula Pet Salon and will definitely be returning! Thank you for taking such great care of my precious pet!
