We love Shelly’s! Grateful to have a groomer we can trust with our sweet boys! They always come home smelling so good & are always so excited to go there.

This was our first time using Shelly’s Pet Grooming and we will definitely be back. I made the appointment on Thursday for a Sunday morning session. 1st positive: open on Sundays! Dropped Hazel off and they were very upfront with their pricing and payment methods so that I was prepared at pick up. 2nd positive: transparency Beth did an amazing job with the actual grooming. Hazel smelled amazing at pick up and was so happy. Her crazy tail has never looked so good. 3rd positive: amazing customer service

So happy with Shelly's and all the techs! The service is always great and I'm always happy with how my pup is looking when I get him! He does get anxious and Shelley's always does a great job of calming him down and helping him feel safe!! No complaints!! Thanks all

$110 for my standard goldendoodle and I think Priscilla did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of the style cut I wanted and I think she nailed it. Will return!

This is my primary groomer for my dog and he always comes back looking great and exactly how I want. As with most groomers, if you don't want puffs on the tail or a styled face and ears, Tell them that, they've always listened to me in the past. Recently, I took my moms new rescue puppy who had never been groomed before and they made her look great and there were no knicks on her even with how difficult and energetic she can be.

I’m a retired groomer and won’t go anywhere else! They are the best in town, She hires and manages her team for five star service. I love Shelly and all her groomers, I drive from Sedona just for her to groom my baby when I can’t do it.

I took my 4-year-old goldendoodle into Shelly's yesterday.  This was the third time I've had him there.  They did a pretty good job the first two visits, although I thought it's a little weird that they only take cash.  So I got a call from "Priscilla", who said my dog had been aggressive and tried to bite her and that I needed to come pick him up right away; also they will not serve him ever again in the future. I've never had this complaint about my dog ever before. When I went in to pick him up, I saw through the glass another dog being slapped and mistreated.  After reading some other one star reviews now, it is obvious they hire people who do not understand dogs and mistreat them. Shelly won't be in business very long.  Strongly recommend you don't take your dog there.
