The store said it was an allergy, but it was not an allergy at all! Before I went to this store, the dog was white and had no fur on its belly, so the background color could be seen. After receiving the dog, she began to tremble. She had several obvious scratches on her legs, and her skin was all red except her back. Wonder what this store did to my dog? Pet abuse? We have been going to Kei at Unipaw Pet Grooming for several years now about once a month. Basil (a Pembroke Welsh Corgi) has been very well taken care of and groomed every time. The groomers are responsive and accommodating for reasonable requests. The prices are good and clear, there are no random fees tacked on. We will continue to get our dog groomed here.

Unprofessional service here. Beware. The owner "Kei" actually said - your dog was fuzzy (over two years ago) and has special needs. She didn't even want to see her (he is so calm and mature now). How rude to label my dog "special needs"- a dog she hasn't seen in over two years- she is much calmer and better behaved than 90% of the other dogs we meet.
