Dapper Dog Pet Grooming

Annie recently went for a groom and de-shed. It was a great experience. Easy drop-off, and I got a call a few hours later she was ready for pick up! She looks great and I have noticed decreased shedding even 2 weeks later.

I took my 6 month old mini Schnauzer in for a haircut and a bath. He was very overdue. I picked the length that I wanted and requested they kept his beard. I received a phone call telling me his legs were matted and they couldn’t use the guard for the length I had requested them to be. First, that’s bogus because he gets brushed daily (he had gotten damp from the morning dew but definitely wasn’t "matted"). Secondly, they could have easily used shears on his legs as he is comfortable with them being used. I did agree to allow her to use the shorter guard even though it wasn’t what I wanted and feel she really didn’t try. When I picked him up, I was shocked!!! His beard was short and very uneven!! He was basically cut the same length all over and looked like a skinned rat with busy eyebrows. (Picture if you will, the dad from American Pie. 😡) I pointed out his beard was uneven and she offered to "fix" it which meant even shorter! I then noticed long hairs around his private area. I paid extra to have his nails filed after being cut. They were still sharp. Definitely not worth $66!!! If I could give them a negative star I most certainly would!! Highly do NOT recommend Dapper Dog!!!!

I have had our girls groomed here for many years and always have had a Great experience. Just took my 7 month old in for her first cut today, showed Jami a picture how I would like her groomed. You did it to perfection and that's why we been a customer for over 20 years. They stand behind there pledge of respect for you and our pets. My sweet girl has been going to Dapper Dog for a few years and she absolutely loves it there ,her groomer is Shane the owner , if you truly want a groomer that will take great care of your sweet baby then Dapper Dog should be your choice and also all the groomers are fantastic .

Dapper Dog done a wonderful job and took good care of our beloved Cooper . We even received a follow up call and card for Cooper in the mail asking how he was doing and if we were satisfied with the service that he received. Love when local businesses follow up with clients and ask for feedback to help improve their business and customer experience. Highly recommend!

Shane does a really good job with my dogs! My one dog is nervous around strangers, but Shane has helped him with overcoming that fear. He's beginning to learn that strangers aren't going to hurt him; even though he doesn't like his nails cut at ALL, he still trusts Shane. Props all around.
