DO NOT BRING YOUR BABY HERE, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, THEY MADE MY BABY GIRL BLEED. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!!! And the owner is just as terrible as the service. You can see the kind of person she is from the way she responds to review, attacking people and even threatening me instead of apologizing for what happened. Listen, I’m not scared of you, and I’ll keep talking about this horrible place so other dog moms and dads don’t bring their babies here. THIS PLACE MADE MY BABY BLEED

DON’T BRING YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG! I wish I could give less than a star. He came back shaved down beyond belief to the point where he needed to get stitches. When I picked him up, she didn’t mention that he was bleeding, let alone even nipped. I didn’t realize until he started crying. and I couldn’t figure out why till I saw him, licking the area trying to soothe himself. It’s disgusting what they did to my baby.

This groomer cut my dog between his body and hind leg and didn’t disclose it to us. It was only when he yelped when I picked him up later in the day that I realized the injury. I had to bring him to the vet for 5 stitches. He is now on anti-biotic and painkillers and wearing a cone. The bill was over $400. How can you do this and not tell the owner. DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

We recently adopted a dog who came to us a bit of a mess. We called Guillen's and made an appointment that morning for later that afternoon. After only an hour and a half, our Fozzie Bear was looking like a completely different floof. We'll be coming back! Thank you!

The best dog grooming service! After trying so many options in the area, I’m not going anywhere else. Great prices, an amazing team, and they really know their craft. My dog always looks great and feels comfortable every time. Plus, they’re super flexible with scheduling.

First of all, my puppy’s hair was cut way too short; completely shaved down when I had only asked for a short cut, not for all her hair to be gone. When I dropped her off, I was told to return in 10–15 minutes, which didn’t make sense for a full wash and haircut. I came back an hour later, but they still weren’t finished, and I ended up waiting an additional hour. On top of that, her teeth were not brushed as promised, and the worst part was discovering that her nails had been cut far too short. I found blood all over her little paws when we got home. This absolutely broke my heart. Yes, the staff were kind and the price was reasonable, but the quality of service was unacceptable, especially after seeing my puppy hurt and bleeding.

I brought my dog here today for the first time and she couldn't have been more wonderful. My dog looked so handsome and all around a good vibe with a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
