Stated they didn’t feel comfortable with my dog and turned him away for service I would get if my dog wasn’t acting crazy. Best part is litterally went right down to pet supplies plus 5 min later and they had no problem at all with my buddy . Have a little bit more patience! So THANK YOU PET SUPPLIES PLUS!! 😊
Had my little Daisy girl groomed. She is diabetic and I wanted special care for her , which I got with the groomer Alex . She looked the best she ever has after a grooming and wasn't nervous like usual.
We came to visit from Atlanta, GA and needed to get our overgrown 3year old Goldendoodle groomed. Annah did amazing!! It was our first time going to any PetSmart and we were blown away. It was the best bath and haircut our dog has ever had! Before we brought him in, we were worried about how short his hair would be because his stomach and legs were a little matted BUT our groomer, Annah, made him look phenomenal. She asked us thorough questions for how we wanted his hair cut beforehand too. Cannot recommend enough! She would be our go-to if we lived in the area. Very pleased!
I will never buy another thing from here I bought a beardie and it won't eat and hasn't for 2 weeks and they refuse to exchange it or return it
