Nancy at Here Boy Grooming at 777 Fischer Blvd is one of the best, caring and loving of pets that you would ever want to meet. My poor Jack Russell (Snaggle) ran out the door while I was visiting my daughter in Kentucky and he is so skiddish, that he would not come to anyone. I fly home early and found him covered in ticks. This poor boy had dozens on him. Nancy was so kind and relaxed and she made me feel calm and she was able to remove at least 20 of those nasty blood sucks. I asked how much and she said don't worry about it. I tried to give her a tip and said buy your self some lunch and she said no you keep I. I am here for your pets. 2 week later I found more and my pup doesn't like to be picked out and I called and Nancy said, bring him right in. Let me tell you, the care on her face says it all. I do recommend with 5 stars that you go to Here Boy on 777 Fischer Blvd near Joe Bella restaurant. I can't say anymore how wonderful they are at the shop. 10 stars.

This has been the best experience for me and my two French bulldogs! My boys are so difficult when it comes to getting their nails done. Always have been their whole life. Nancy and the wonderful ladies she has working with her made me and my dogs feel AT HOME! They made my boys feel so comfortable and got their nails cut in under 5 minutes. If I could recommend this place to everyone, I would! Just amazing!

I don’t usually write reviews, but felt I should take a moment to do so. This was my first time to Here Boy To have my dogs groomed. Nancy and her staff were very accommodating and took my dogs in the same day I called. Due to some medical issues I had my dogs were overdue to get groomed, not in the best shape, so I fully expected to have my dog shaved down. Instead, to my surprise, my Shih Tzu had a wonderful haircut with the most beautiful little Shih Tzu round face. They took their time with her and they really did a great job. Their grooming and talent are outstanding! I will definitely be back and would recommend bringing your pets here. Here boy I cannot thank you enough.😊

I brought my golden doodle for her 1st grooming at Here Boy over the weekend. I am beyond happy with the outcome. Bella looked and smelled amazing. We will definitely be back.

Honestly an extremely poor job: 1-Completely disregarded style requested and important areas to not cut. 2-Made up elementary grade excuses to make the most easy possible cut. 3-$110 price for running a #3 buzzer across a beautiful puppy and leaving it looking like a nightmare worst than Friday the 13th Your deleted reply says everything people need to know about how you handle customers. Let’s get the facts straight: • I gave clear instructions on the style and the areas not to cut. You ignored them. • If you believed the cut I requested wasn’t possible, a real professional would stop the job, explain the situation, and get approval before shaving the dog. You didn’t. • Throwing around "lol," mockery, and personal digs in a public reply isn’t customer service it’s a bad look for any business. • The problem here isn’t the price; it’s the lack of respect, transparency, and quality in the work. My review is accurate and it stays. The cut was nothing close to what was agreed, and the way this was handled both in person and in your now-deleted message shows a lack of professionalism I wouldn’t expect from someone trusted with a family pet. Not everything is a joke. Some things are about responsibility.
