PetSmart Grooming

My 3 month old looks amazing! They were all so sweet to him on his first grooming! Neil gave him the most amazing cut and he loved it! They also saved a piece of his fur from his first cut ❤️ the best experience!

Update: 2nd time around with 1.5 year old Pomsky. Our groomer booked solid, out of desperation we tried a second time. 3 year rabies shot, we brought paper from vet. 1.5 years old, 3 year rabies...wouldn't take it, said it was expired. Once more with the math...18 month old dog, 3 year shot. Expired. Follow me? The first grooming of our Pomsky left these weird side burns. She came out all wound up and overly stimulated. Previously I had transported a neighbor's dog to/from a grooming appointment. He too, was very very stressed out when we picked him up. Then we went back for a second grooming and her rabies TAG that is AROUND HER NECK wasn't good enough. They need the documentation too. Here is the thing, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ARTICULATED ON THE PHONE WHEN WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT, **NOT** WHEN WE SHOW UP THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT. SERIOUSLY????? Why wasn't this required the first time? Inconsistencies are the death of any business. I am not someone who goes online easily to blout about companies and their mistakes. However, this is not the only issue we have experienced. They are terrible. Really just terrible.
