PetSmart Grooming

Took my Husky and Australian shepherd here for a wash, they didn't dry the dogs fully and now the husky has developed multiple hotspots and pulled her hair out. I think the Aussi is as well. Would not recommend for something even as basic as a wash.

I brought my cocker spaniel to for a bath and haircut about two months ago to the Petsmart on PCH. Our groomers name was Gigi. when I picked my dog up she looked great so I paid and gave Gigi a good tip. When I arrived home my dog was rubbing her ears and when I checked her ears I saw that they hadn't been cleaned and was ticked off. I called the manager and told her I was really disappointed that they hadn't double checked to make sure her ears were cleaned especially for the over $$$ I paid. So I made an appointment last Saturday with a different groomer hoping for a better outcome because I do like the store, and it's converniet... when I arrived Gigi was there and rushed back to get her manager as she remembered us from last time. Instead of the manager apologizing for the poor service we received last time I was told that because I complained I was no longer welcome to have my dog groomed at their salon. I would not recommend this salon at all. Terrible customer service, and poorly trained employee's in the grooming salon. At the very least don't request Gigi as she lacks attention to detail.

They did a good job grooming my dog, but they also did services I did not approve. I took my dog here to get a bath and to get his hair trimmed. They asked me if I wanted more services such as: teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and nail clipping. I told them that I would get that done another time and to just to the bath and grooming. When I went to go pick up my dog they ended up telling me that the price was more than I expected because they did the services I did not approve.

Always perfect. My dog is a border collie and a bit extra, but this team does an incredible job every time.

This place is pretty awesome. I made a return with a receipt that was expired by one day and they still honored it which was awesome but remember to bring the debit card that you used to purchase it if not, it’s only store credit unless you pay with cash.

They’re super friendly and helpful and they remember my dogs name 🙂
