Snazzy Jazzy's Pet Salon Towson

Wonderful experience! I have gone to Snazzy Jazzy twice for my medium sized dog who is half Australian Shepherd and half Wheaten Terrier. His coat is strange! He is also a puppy and still learning the ropes behaviorally. They are so welcoming, very knowledgeable, and even though my dog is certainly a rascal during the cuts, they are kind. He comes out looking handsome and he smells amazing for WEEKS. (and he is a stinky boy) Love them, and highly recommend them.

My doodle Sasha is the first dog I’ve had that’s needed regular grooming. Honestly my first concern is that Sasha not be afraid of the groomer/grooming experience. The actual haircut is a secondary concern for me. I am a hairstylist so I know first hand that being consistent is how you build a positive relationship with a stylist. We were given an appointment with Mariah on our first visit and have continued to see her ever since. (We’re loyal!) It’s been an awesome experience! She is so kind to Sasha and always does a great job. Sasha goes in wagging her tail and comes out the same way. If she’s happy, I’m happy!! Mariah has time and again done a really great job with her. I am so appreciative.

I took my dog to be groomed and within a day he was licking and scratching incessantly. When it did not resolve, I reached out to Snazzy Jazzy, and was dismissed. I sought medical care and was told that his irritation was because of either the closeness of the shave or the products used. Unfortunately Alex, the manager at Snazzy Jazzy refused to make anything right. My dog is in pain and uncomfortable. His grooming was over $120 and I tipped 20% and he has vet bills for over $240. I was told that this was the standard of care. My dog has been groomed before and never had this issue. Very disappointing. My review has been responded to with lies! I never refused to have Ben speak to my vet. I have it documented that I asked for more information about speaking to my Vet not refused. The rest of the information given is also inaccurate. I hope people read this review and take it to heart to not have their dogs treated here. I have attached a screenshot showing that I asked for more information about speaking to my Vet, I have attached a picture of my pet’s skin, and I’ve also attached a picture of the bill stating that it is due to razor burn most likely not a fungal infection.

Mariah is the best groomer there! She always leaves Jefa looking shiny, feeling soft, and smelling so good! Mariah also picks the best accessories for each pup she does! She groomed my baby girl for her first birthday party, and as you can see Jefa was very happy and felt so pretty! Also the receptionist Rachel is so friendly and helpful!

They did a fantastic job! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Paulette is the groomer I worked with, she listened and did exactly what I asked. My dog has a short cut that won't be too high maintenance but also not so short that she'll be uncomfortable in the cold. I also love that they are a local, woman-owned business. I will definitely be back!

We love Snazzy Jazzy’s! They’re so kind and gentle with our anxious poodle, and she dreads going there way less than any of our previous groomers. Their grooming is consistent and thorough, and our pup always looks and smells great after. We recommend them 100%!
