I know there are negative reviews here, but I have only had positive experiences. We started coming here about a year ago when every other groomer we had previously used began having a 3 month wait. One of our dogs is a collie mix, so longer silky hair that easily matts around her ears. She's also very nervous. Not only has she come out looking exactly how we requested, when I drop her off, the groomers greet her enthusiastically and spend time sitting with her in the front so she can feel more comfortable around them. They are also quick/on-time, which I appreciate!
District would not sell two tropical birds based off previous open honest convo with one of their employees.
