Troy Grooming

This TROY Grooming will be my new place to bring my Minature Schnauzer Marlou! They’re very reasonable with the prices. Considering my dog had a little matting in the front. It was a little bit more, but it was Fantastic because they took their time with her and Gave me exactly what I asked for. One of my favorite parts of the Grooming was after they finished I saw her and she had a little bow on her at the very end. Many places that I use to go to, never do that and she looked like a diva !

We have been bringing our dog Apollo to Troy grooming for over 11 years. Everyone there is super nice and accommodating. Apollo has leg braces and difficulty moving around and they are so sweet and careful with him. He sees Michelle and she takes such great care of him. I highly recommend Troy grooming!

We love Cate. Our 6 year old golden always comes home looking great and happy. Cate knows his personality so well and caters to his sensitive skin (golden thing) and is has reduced his scratching. I also appreciate the scheduling ease - cate always seems to find a way to fit us in. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my oversized 9 year old Golden Retriever here since he was a puppy. I can’t say it enough how happy I am to have found Troy Groomers. The deshedding is amazing. They take their time and when he comes home, he looks and feels wonderful! Shout out to the owner and all the staff. They are friendly, treat the dogs so special and also offer services like teeth cleaning which I’ve never been able to do myself. This place is THE BEST! You won’t be sorry if you choose Troy Groomers for your pets grooming needs.

Absolutely terrible grooming experience. My dog only had mats on her legs and stomach, and I specifically requested that her back be left alone and her face be rounded and enough left on top for a top knot. Instead, she came home with a completely choppy, uneven "Karen" do. I’ve never seen a worse haircut from any groomer, by far. To make matters worse, they charged $70 for this disaster. Insane. I will be attaching photos. Do not take your dog here unless you want a hack job and to be overcharged. My dog looks hideous!! Before & after pics posted below

We have been bringing our Golden Retriever to Troy Grooming for many years. We know that he is in excellent hands with Ericka B. She takes care of him just like he is her own dog. Upon picking him up he looks so handsome and has the perfect cut for his breed. We would not hesitate to recommend this business to any of our dog owning friends.
