Had a horrible experience here. Had an appointment booked with Jessica W for a grooming and had my entire day planned around the appointment. Showed up and Jessica tells me that she is leaving for the day and cannot perform my dogs grooming. She stated that she tried to call earlier but did not leave a message. This is completely unacceptable to cancel an appointment right before and not even leave a message. Jessica was rude and unwilling to help us reschedule or offer any type of solution. We will not be returning to Petsmart for any grooming services again.

Made the trip for simple cat nail clip. 100° degrees outside. I was turned away because I do not have proof of rabies vaccine. I was not told I needed to bring this when I made the appointment. Support inconvenient and inconsiderate.
