Bailey has been going here since she was a puppy and they have always been so good her and I. These ladies are so sweet and professional. Bailey always comes back happy and clean. They love the dogs that walk through the doors and it shows.

rude, disrespectful, and belittling tone every time you talk to them. they vape in the establishment which is so harmful for the poor animals idk how they have a license. my dogs are always anxious around her, but never any other groomer. the whole vibe is unprofessional and sketchy. she also nicked my dogs ears and lied about it. this is animal abuse and this place needs to be shut down.

This is my first time coming to this place I actually found it on Yelp.. what got me is all they do for your doggie which most places will charge per item which is crazy a lot but this place is cheap and the ladys are super nice Amber and Jackie I believe is the other lady are super kind and respectful they love my dog Whiskey.. again very friendly and very professional. I will be coming back every month or so.. this is my new grooming place for my little girl!

AMAZING place!! I’ve been taking my 7lb terrier mix to this grooming salon for almost 3 years now and I never plan on going anywhere else! All my appointments have been pleasant and I’ve always left loving grooming results of my pooch! I confidently recommend them to anyone I know! I can say both lady groomers truly care for their canine customers and handle them with utmost care. Scheduling process is always easy with just a phone call or text! I love the talented groomers at this salon definitely check this salon out if you want a wonderful grooming service for your pet!!

My first visit there and Atticus's first grooming experience. He came out looking like a whole new pup! Very cute and he looks 5lbs thinner too! He also had a little mohawk going on and he smelled soo good. Really Nice staff who asked what i wanted to do for his service. He got the works. Teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, shampoo, blowout and an all over hair cut for only $45. Will come back in about 2 months

My recently adopted Georgia (Pathways for Paws Rescue... AMAZING organization) was due for her first grooming. Since I've never had a pup that required grooming before, Jackie guided me on the what and whys and my girl is perfect!

We have been using these ladies to groom our furry friend for a couple of years now. We found them after some bad experiences at 2 different local chain store(Petsmart). Our dog absolutely loves these ladies. He is always happy to see them and always leaves looking fantastic. Highly recommend Shag Chic to anyone looking for a groomer in Tucson.
