I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bathwell Mobile Pet Spa, and especially Kerrie, our incredible stylist! Every visit feels like a true spa day for our fur baby, and Kerrie always goes above and beyond to make sure our pup feels comfortable, loved, and pampered. Kerrie’s attention to detail is unmatched. She not only gives our dog the perfect grooming but also adds those special touches that make all the difference. I love how she takes the most adorable pictures of our pup during their spa session—seeing those happy, freshly groomed faces always brings a huge smile to my own face! And the cherry on top? The thoughtful postcard highlighting our dog’s day at the spa. It’s such a sweet and personal touch, with little notes that show just how much care Kerrie puts into every visit. If you want a grooming experience that feels personalized, professional, and full of love, Bathwell Mobile Pet Spa—and especially Kerrie—is the way to go! Highly recommend to all pet parents! Elizabeth at Bathewell Mobile Pet Spa did a great job with out 8mo old Pomeranian! It was his first time being professionally groomed and he is wary of strangers. She took time to let him adjust and feel comfortable and even sent me photos of the process. She complimented us for taking the time to expose him to grooming tools. I also really appreciated how she gave us some tips on how we can improve his hair between baths and ensure it doesn’t get further damaged by his harness. I’m definitely signing up for the monthly service. It’s so handy that they come to your home and provide latchkey services! 🐶🐾✂️

Arielle from Bathewell has been heaven sent for me and my baby boy, Pepper! Let me tell you, his coat is not something a typical groomer can handle - believe me I tried before finding this amazing company. We’ve even been "broken up" with by another grooming company because his hair was too much to handle. Arielle makes it look easy though! I am overjoyed with the final product every time she is finished with his grooming. She never misses! Pepper also absolutely adores her, so I have no worries that he isn’t being treated with love. The company as a whole is outstanding and appointments are very easy to make as everything is done through text messaging. I have nothing but praise for every staff member that I’ve come into contact with. I am so happy to have found Bathewell!

So my first experience convinced me to rebook right away. We had Crystal, who took such great care of our golden. I loved getting the picture updates, and he came back smelling amazing! Today we had Elizabeth, who was very sweet and got our boy smelling amazing after two weeks in boarding he desperately needed a bath lol. I seriously wish we had started this sooner it’s such a great and convenient service!

Bathewell is amazing! My dog loves Crystal because her kind and gentle demeanor is authentic. Bathewell and Crystal’s love and passion for animals is on display in every interaction. Crystal is such a wonderful groomer, taking the time to go slower when my old dog is achy. No more sitting in kennels and waiting all day, it’s always 1 on 1 time with Bathewell. The Bathewell team is awesome to work with and the special relationship they build with your pet is worth every penny.

Bathewell was the first time I’ve tried a mobile groomer for my dogs. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were detailed in gathering information to take care of my two beagles properly. Kerrie, the stylist, arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment. She was very friendly and professional and I felt I could trust her with my dogs. She gave me the option to take them together or one at a time. I had her take one dog at a time and she did such a fantastic job! My dogs each returned smelling great, looking great and thoroughly cleaned—most importantly they seemed happy and well cared for. I even got a report card about how they did during their sessions and Kerrie sent me great pictures of them. I look forward to having the Bathewell team return in the future to care for my dogs.

Bathewell Mobile has been such a game changer for us. We have 3 big dogs so having the luxury of them coming to us has been amazing! We’ve had 3 stylists and each one has been incredible to work with. One of my babies has major anxiety and they really go slow with her to help build that trust and make her feel comfortable. High recommend!!
