PetSmart Grooming

Carried my 7lb baby in to be groomed. Been using them for years with no issues and then this blond woman started grooming and it’s be nothing but trouble. She charged me 60 dollars extra for a handling fee…. 7lb dog and she can’t handle him…. Would not recommend anyone to use them.

The customer service was awful. I dealt with Ashleigh. Her attitude from the start was awful. I came about an hour early from Birmingham and she refused to let him stay. I’m sure it’s not required to allow pets to come early, but I’ve always brought mine early. I left and came back. Again she was very rude. She took my puppy to the back and determined that he would need to be shaved because he was matted, I disagreed but still went with it. She then said I was required to upgrade to the deluxe price because she had to cut his nails. I asked if it was required because the price had already gone up since he was matted, then she said well I require it. At this point I cancelled my appointment because she was just too rude and there was no way I was spending my money wit her after that encounter. Wish I could do less than 1 ⭐️

Terrible experience! Groomer messed up my dog. Trimmed ears lopsided! When I took her back, the groomer, Malane, was very rude!!

By far the worst pet store. They absolutely do not care for their pets that they tend to sell, especially the reptiles. They rarely change the food so it starts to grow mold. They over heat the animals until they die. They act like they will take them to a vet, but their vet is the dumpster in the back. A pathetic excuse for a pet store. They get 0 stars from me.

This Grooming Salon is Very Prejudice towards people of color. The customer service towards us is horrible and very disrespectful. Please beware! My last grooming appointment was a nightmare and was traumatizing for me and especially my pet. Not a diverse group so they all think it’s ok to be this way in 2023.

Needed fish tank chemicals and they had it

The groomers are all so gentle and attentive with my 15 year old dog. She never seems hurt or upset when I come to pick her up. I'm so grateful for PetSmart's grooming service. They are patient and always deliver good results!
