Petco Grooming

The team remembered our dog from the last time and were so sweet with him! The service is more expensive than the local groomer but he is in and out and not stuck in a cage for hours waiting. They are great at communicating that he'll be ready in 20 minutes.

I have been taking my dog to Petco for 3 years both in Tustin, CA and in Coeur D'Alene, ID. My prior groomers did a good job, however, one left the Tustin facility and the second one at that facility was not available for months according to the schedule. When I made this appointment, I did take a chance and choose "any groomer". This was a huge mistake on my part, making this experience horrible. When I picked up my goldendoodle, her tail was completely cut down. It looked like a rat tail. In 18 years of owning goldendoodles, I have never had anyone do this to my dog. I was not called to ask what should be done. I would have combed out the tail myself. I will not be going back to Petco in Tustin. If you have a groomer you know, it's fine. Don't ever leave it to chance like I did.

It was our first time bringing Marcy to the groomer, and we’re so happy with the experience! The team was kind and thoughtful, made sure she felt safe and calm. Her haircut is beautiful, everything was clean and precise — sanitary trim and nails were done perfectly. Marcy came out happy and looked like a little princess. Thank you so much!

1st time at this location will never go back , let’s start with the wait time to drop off and pick up my dog - when I came to pick up no one was at counter or working on dog - everyone disappeared and for a long time. It was quite a few customers waiting and even a couple left. The groomer was pleasant(that’s the 1star) but didn’t take the time to get to know my baby- she was taking my dog to back and dragging her by neck with leash. I asked can u at least pick her up to carry her to the back and she said no- She said they have to walk themselves. Well she not walking you are dragging her by her neck. NEVER Again .

I visited this Petco location while we are visiting for the next few months. As most doodle moms I’m always anxious bringing my pup in for a groom but after reading some reviews I chose Kro as our groomer. She walked me through the grooming plan and made sure I was comfortable. Miss Maple game out looking perfect and I was so HAPPY with the result. Kro is a fantastic groomer and I would suggest her to any pet owner

Noel now Ángela … why is everyone jumping ship within a few months. I find it hard to trust people with my baby and they were amazing. And now it’s impossible to get an appointment unless it’s far in advance. So sad that they can’t keep their groomers

Don’t bring your dog here if it’s showing signs of growing older. Arthritis is above their capabilities. Appointment canceled due the absence of her usual groomer. Her new groomer (elsewhere) thinks she’s an ange
