PetSmart Grooming

Im a regular PetSmart customer they have an amazing selection for dogs and cats. There reptile/aquatic section is better than most chain stores. My opinion if you have a question about a fish or reptile don't ask the staff as they typically don't know or are liable to give you incorrect information. Petsmart has its problems but it's a good store and the prices are very reasonable

My appointment was cancelled suddenly. I made time in my work schedule to bring my dog in and it was wasted. The associate said she called me Thursday or Friday last week, I have no missed calls or messages from those days. She cancelled the appointment and made a new appointment without my consent at an earlier time today. I missed the email while working since I expected the appointment I actually scheduled. I hesitate to return as a customer. This is quite irritating.

Amber is our favorite. She has been taking care of our little Skylar for quite some time. Skylar and his parents are very happy with Amber and appreciate her spectacular and exceptional art work. Thank you Amber for pampering our precious little boy and thank you PetSmart for your excellent team.

If you need them to screw up your dog then take them here, why would you shave a /standard poodle!? Why would you let the tip of the snout with a beard!? I’m having my family visiting for the first time and this is what they’re meeting, I absolutely hate the job done, which is completely opposite to what we asked, shave a short tail which is always a pom Pom ? Just because you want to? And shaving took 4 hours? Really!? Even my 4 yo son doesn’t like it

I used to buy fishes from here , recently, everything dies in 4-7 days, their tanks are full of dead fishes , they refuse to replace or issue a credit without the dead fish body, seriously? I cannot come back for that , no more buying from here , or any other PetSmart, it is the same in every branch .

They took great care of my dog, made her look beautiful and smell great. The groomers are very friendly. I’ll keep coming back.
