He did an amazing job with my mixed terrier pup!! I was so lost on what kind of hair cut would fit him since he is not a specific breed but he helped me through advice on grooms he’s done in the past. I am also a very anxious pet momma and he sent me pictures through out the process to help me and I really appreciated it !! Thank you so much Mr.Bryan.
Bryan did a wonderful job on our very full husky. She had a lot of fur and he was very patient and gave of his time generously. Very good service and for a reasonable price, definitely recommend!
Had 2, 9 week old LGD’s that have not had a lot of interaction with people and Bryan was very great and knew how to handle them.
I had an appointment scheduled 10/30/24 for both dogs to get slight trims & full grooming. Not sure what happened, but not only was Brian a complete "no show" the morning of our appointment, he didn't answer calls or texts (we were a bit lost) and although we sat outside his home for 12 minutes waiting for him to respond or appear; he still hasn't even reached out with an apology or explanation. The only aspect I can rate is the level of customer service extended. Although my initial contact with Brian was easy & he seemed to look forward to "meeting" our doggies by the end of our conversation, appointment day was a completely different experience. I also have to mention, his property is very unsightly and unkept. The backyard chain-link fencing is completely broken (not sure where my dogs would have been safely kept for the day due to this issue alone) but hopefully this honest review provokes him to make necessary changes to his business model. This is no way to run a customer based small business.
He did a wonderful job and I have a dog with a lot of hair. My dog spent the day over there and had a great day
He did an excellent job with my guy. He was patient and did not force him to do anything that made him uncomfortable, and that meant doing a lot of his cut by hand. He came home clean, matte-free, and happy. 🙂.
Wasn't your average groomer parlor but the man knew his stuff and did a great job. Prices r very reasonable and u can tell he loves animals.
