They did such a fantastic job! I didn’t 100% know what I wanted to do my dog, but they were really kind and helped me out. She looks so good they did such a great job. I know my dog can sometimes be a handful and they were very kind about it. I would definitely go back
I have a large 115 pound black lab, who is also 12 years old and so he’s struggling a little but is overall in good shape. West nearly always does grooming for Jasper. West is always friendly and remembers what Jasper requires each visit. I think West is the best groomer I’ve seen. I hope West gets plenty of great feedback from the other customers. I’m always happy when I walk in and see West, because I know Jasper will be properly handled. Over and above that, Jasper has always had great groomer appointments by anyone who is there. I’m just a bit partial to West!
We love Sierra! Great cut and care. Sierra is the best! Really the whole grooming staff. They care about my dog. Sierra does a fantastic job grooming Bentley. She helped me fit him with a harness even though that’s probably not really her job. Very pleased as usual.
They love on Rook just like us. He always looks so sharp with his new hair cut and smells delightful.
What can be any better than a short hair golden doodle.. From long hair to short hair. Much easier to take care of. From that to this.
They cut my dog’s toe, and made him bleed. Didn’t have him ready at pickup time. My dog seemed very traumatized by the entire experience. Also, they gave him a different haircut then I originally agreed upon.
Norah did such a good job! We took our dog to another groomer about 2 weeks ago and paid an absurd amount for basically a trim around the face, feet, and private areas. We weren’t very satisfied so we brought him here and couldn’t be more happy. Norah found additional matting missed by the other groomer and went above and beyond to get him taken care of. Thank you!
