Petco Grooming

Took my pet schnauzer puppy for a hair cut and the groomer assured me she would only trim his skirt and leg hair. When I went to pick him up he was thin and cut really short. I was expecting his back to be short but not the skirt. His face was uneven and he had fly away long hair coming from his feet. The groomer appeared to be upset because I mentioned how short he was and took him off her table not carrying about the finishing touches. I will not be returning thanks for his 12 week hair cut.

Groomers are great. Management terrible. I showed up for a (2) 9 am appointments at 850am. After knocking and knocking and knocking the door was opened at 856, to which I was told I was 10 minutes early, the groomers were not there yet and I needed to wait in my car. At 9:01 AM the same person unlocked all the doors yet groomers did not show up until after that once I saw the groomers walk in I took my first dog and checked him in and then went out to the car and brought my second dog in who was new to the facility and still needed to be checked in and proof of vaccinations…. I have no doubt that these employees of Petco are not paid to show up any earlier than they’re very first appointment times. no way to run a business, terrible customer service by whoever opened that door first thing, and for God sake, get a bell so people don’t have to pound on your front door that remains locked until after their appointment time begins. It also takes me 20 minutes to get to your facility and after receiving two text messages telling me and reminding me that my appointment started at 9 AM to them be told I needed to wait in my car and that I was 10 minutes early is completely asinine

Took my dog for her first grooming appointment and I was happy with the results. My instructions for my dog’s haircut were followed as directed. I will be a returning customer!

The team was great. It’s always been a great experience for me and my dog, Roxie. They are friendly and kind. Having Roxie groomed there has helped greatly with the amount of shedding at home. I appreciated the suggestion to sign up for the Vital Care to help save me some money.

The girls are always so sweet! My dogs aren’t scared! They look great they always do what I ask. I am very impressed with the girls that groom my dogs. Taco and Oakley are regulars

I really like Elizabeth! She does a great job grooming my long haired dachshund. She looked so cute and happy when I picked her up. I had a sense that Elizabeth truly loves animals and feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care❤

Full service grooming and deshedding took about 3 hours for large malamute and totally worth the wait. My dog looked amazing when I picked him up!! All staff were friendly and they even helped sign me for a rewards program
