I've been taking my dog, a morkie, to Jess for years and I can without a doubt say that she truly has mastered the art of grooming. My pupper was scared of the groomers and Jess was patient and kind with Daisy to help her feel calm and safe. She always listens to any requests or questions I may have and is also very good with responding and scheduling! She is not only an amazing groomer but also business owner. I would absolutely recommend bringing in your pets to be groomed by Jess!

I am SO excited that Jess has opened her own shop here in Upland! 🎉 She has always had such an amazing touch with grooming, and now she’s bringing that same care, skill, and love for our pets to her very own place. Sadie always leaves looking (and smelling!) fantastic, and I know she’s treated with love and kindness the whole time. Jess is the kind of groomer who truly cares, and it shows in every detail. I am so grateful to have found Jess for my pups grooming needs. I have a doodle so if you know you know that they need to get constant grooming. I had previously been taking him to petsmart and it was not a pleasant experience for him, he was always scared to get groomed and they would honestly not do ear trimmings or things like that. Since switching to Jess he is much happier and easier going to get his full grooms. He comes out looking and I’m sure feeling like a million bucks. I can’t thank her enough for creating a positive and safe grooming experience for my Astro boy and it truly feels like a family atmosphere. Thank you so much Jess!

I can’t say enough good things about this grooming shop and the amazing work Jessica does! She’s been grooming both of my dogs for a while now, and every single visit has been perfect. My pups absolutely love her — which says a lot, because they’re usually nervous around new people. She’s not only incredibly skilled and professional, but she truly treats every dog like her own. Whether it’s a simple bath or a full groom, she pays attention to every little detail. My dogs always come home looking (and smelling!) fantastic, with the cutest cuts! It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows in the care she puts into each appointment. If you’re looking for someone who’s gentle, talented, and genuinely passionate about animals, this is the groomer to go to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies!

Jess is the best! I needed a gentle, patient and professional dog groomer, Jess is all that and more. She grooms both my boys and they are always so excited to see her. They always come out looking so fresh and cute. One of my pups has a neurological condition and Jess is so patient with him. I highly recommend her services!
