We have been taking our dog Bella Blu here for the last five years & it’s been wonderful. They really do care about their work and their pet-guests that come and need services Bella Blu really loves you all and she knows you are taking care of her 🐶 🐕

My babies were in such need of TLC. I had a favorite place I used to take them back when I made good money and the last time that happened was back in 2017. I finally was able to take the in to get groomed and who would have guessed they went right back in to the right hands. They look so good. Thank you.

I like coming here for one of my dogs and solely for the purpose of my dog being too hyper and sometimes unmanageable during baths or cuts,but Fatima was able to work with him and give him an amazing cut and she was so patient with him. So if you have a dog that no other groomer will work on,upland pet grooming would be the place to take em and with Fatima. Thank you guys!

Google maps, you gotta do better. * Staff friendliness 5 stars. * Military discounts on 2 days a week 4 stars, should be everyday, we serve our country 24/7, not just 2 days a week. * The hair cut.... they deserve this & I have to give 5 stars b/c when I got there I had to ask adjustments and she did it without showing any ugly emotions or attitudes, awesome! * a young lady who is at front desk answering phones n dealing with customers, 5 stars! Awesome young lady with maturity to handle people. * a short lady with long blonde who was putting on a make up to get ready to leave... giving orders of some sort (assuming manager, owner) not cool at all. I'm a customer but made me felt like I was intruding her time n space, 0 star for upper management.

$110 for my 11 lb terrier mixed. Dropped her off at 1, got told it would be 4 hours. At 5 pm they had not started her cut yet. Not sure what the point of an appointment is to have my dog on a cage for the duration. I didn’t get asked what type of cut. Employees were nice and apologetic but I’ve gotten better and more personal cuts for this cost. My original groomer was booked and Id rather wait it out now.
