Staff was so nice! They did a great job. Our lab feels like velvet, she smells amazing, and even better she was tired! (She’s extremely hyper). The nails look great and her teeth look paper white! Would definitely go here again!

Had many friends who came here and had terrible experiences. Highly do not reccomend. Try out Jens Nose to Tail they have always done amazing work in Columbus.

I booked my dogs for boarding and grooming on the 5th day. I received an early morning call that my dogs would not be groomed due to matting. I was shocked becuase in the 3+ years that i have owned one of the two dogs I have never even been charged extra for matting. They threatened to shave my dogs to the skin. I called and spoke to the co-owner and manager of the day care portion and he to agreed that my dogs were not matted. When I picked my dogs up i could see they started to shave my oldest dog without even brushing him. If he has been at day care for 5 days he would need brushed before they try to groom him. The co-owner who manages the grooming portion of the business was rude and placed my value as customer on how many times I take my dogs to be groomed there. Apparently one time a week is what determines you to be a "valuable" customer to them. I was shocked how she (Taylor) treated me and talked to me. I recommend the day care and boarding portion of the business as they truly care about your pets as well you as a customer. And you dont have to spend a certain amount of money with them every week in order to be considered "valuable". My older dog acted traumatized almost, refusing to go out side to potty and hid under my bed the whole evening.

Puptown did an amazing job with my mini golden doodle. My dog hates getting groomed and we’ve struggled to find a groomer that works well with our dog. Puptown somehow got her to the perfect length with out taking off too much and without leaving her with scrapes and rashes. We are very happy with Josie’s results.

They have several locations around town. Right after we meet the staff Abby and I felt at home. It has all ways taken 3 hours at other groomers so I was shocked when they called just after 2. Abby looks great! If you go tell them David sent you!

These guys are the best. They take care of your pet like their own, they do a great job, and they are always so nice and friendly. Great family business that treats you like family

Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. We always know we will be taken care of when we go to pup-town, regardless of location.
