Very Pleased with Jordan she is an excellent groomer attentive to requests and able to execute on point! The price maybe steep for some and sure everything is going up these days, regardless I’m happy with the skill and the location is convenient so I’m ok spending an extra $30-40 a dog. I think the price is higher because it’s a very nice food and supply boutique in Valencia; hopefully the groomers make more than a fair amount on the groom. One thing that sets Earthwise a part is that they are careful to ensure your pets are seen and groomed without long waits. I have to get used to the quick turn around because in the past I’ve used groomers that take significantly longer. I’m happy to find a quality groomer that is close to my home and great with my fur babies!

Earthwise now has a Mobile Grooming service! I was lucky to have my sweet Bella to be the first dog to use the van. Sandra was the groomer and she was amazing as usual. The van was clean and well equipped. My Mini Bernedoodle is so much more relaxed in the van because it is quiet and comfortable without loud barking and noise from other dogs. Ty!

Britney did an amazing job with my dogs. They came home super fluffy and relaxed after their spa day. The front desk staff is also super friendly. I would definitely come back.

I’ve had such a great experience with Earthwise Pet. I originally went in for dog food, and the team immediately stood out—they’re incredibly kind and really know their stuff. They walked me through nutrition in a way that actually made sense, and since switching things up, my senior dog has been doing better than ever. More recently, I started using their grooming services, and Jordan is amazing. My dogs can be pretty anxious, but she’s so patient and gentle with them every time. They come home looking fantastic and smelling so clean—it’s always a noticeable difference.

Been going here for years before they were called EarthWise. Stay is always really nice. Brittany is my groomer and I can’t stay enough , always nice and accommodating she is genuinely nice person which I’m very happy to bring my dog too for all these years so thank you Britney and thank you to the staff, nice and helpful Customer Service is always important and it’s rare, a commodity these days. But I agree with some of the other reviews their prices are pretty high versus what they used to be at this location.

I love how Earthwise will let you come in and just get a face grooming for your dog to hold you over until you have time to get a full grooming. I have a Mini Bernedoodle and with the holidays everybody is booked up, but Britney cleaned up her face around her eyes and chin washed her face really well and she just looks beautiful! Jordan is my normal groomer there who is also amazing!!!!! I am very impressed with the sales staff the help I receive there. I love that you can do a walk-in toothbrushing, nail trim or face wash n trim. They're very accommodating! I appreciate everyone there!!!

Once a month we go to Valencia to shop at Whole Foods Market! We found this gem of a store in the Whole Foods parking lot. They have everything that could possibly be needed to keep pets happy and healthy. Our Basset Hounds LOVE their specialty baked cookies. They offer rewards for shopping there. The staff is so friendly and kind. This place is a definite go to if you love your pets the way we do! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
