BE VERY CAREFUL GROOMING YOUR DOG HERE. Today I took my Yorkie to get a trim the guy who did it kept adding ointment to my dog's paws so I asked him how many nails are bleeding he said three and before I can say anything about it the young lady who has black and blonde highlights who I believe to be a white woman kept saying it's normal and you do not have to come back here she said three times and I kept saying ok until she randomly said it again out the blue as I'm paying for my grooming service so then I tell her I heard her the first three times .. the staff they have working today 8/6/2025 do not care about dogs in fact they hurt them because the dog she was holding was crying so much that I thought It was my dog do so I went over and watched as they cut my dog's nails.. just be careful and if I were you I would keep an eye on them as much as you can while you're dog is there .. entire staff needs to be fired for disrespect. Hurting the dogs and being ruff with them. Needs TO BE INVESTIGATED SOON AS POSSIBLE terrible groomers and I never experienced anything like this at a grooming place. Oh and once again I won't be back Karen. Dogs deserve better and so did I.

I don’t like this location. First of all, just because I asked if they offer flea treatment doesn’t mean my cat has fleas. I wanted the treatment to prevent fleas!!! Three people call me from that store asking the same questions and being very rude. I told them, at this point I wouldn’t want anyone from the store touching my cat. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving her with them because of the attitudes.. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location! I rather take my cat out of town for her grooming!!

Great place for dog clothes

Very bad service they make appointments and then dont show. Patronize at your own risk .Very unprofessional.
