I've been in here a handful of times to grab a few items for my birds. Not enough bird toys to select from, but customer service is great.
The Van Nuys PetSmart grooming department is awesome! Donald is the best! Friendly, professional, & great with dogs … my multi-Pooh in particular :)) PetSmart’s prices are less compared to others & they offer a 10% discount on Tuesdays for seniors. That’s a big help for those of us on a fixed income. Thank you PetSmart & Donald :))
Omg love the service so much…. Our helper Alexandra was amazing to begin with.. she helped us with our new puppy… and everytime we come in it such a joy☺️ best customer service I ever had she’s a great asset to the company 👍🏻

I usually have my dog groomed at the Northridge location so this was our first time at Van Nuys. The staff are very friendly and Donald "Scissors Hands" 😃 was awesome. I asked him to please just make my little one look nice and he really did. I had a few recommendations for her face shape and he knew exactly what I was looking for. I’m very happy with the service I received. Thank you so much Donald, we will be back!
