Dog Gone Clean - Dog Grooming and Self Service Dog Wash - Vancouver, WA

Phenomenal customer service and pet care!!! Corey treated my babies with so much love and care, I am super grateful especially since they are so anxious. She was efficient and still thorough with all 3 dogs. The self service area was very clean and well stocked and the employees were very friendly when i walked through self service to check it out. By the end, my pups loved being there, loved the staff, and I will ABSOLUTELY be bringing them back.

Brought my Aussie in to the self wash and it was amazing! He had become more and more anxious going to our previous groomer that we were paying $120 for. The self wash area was clean, well stocked, and great equipment. Way better than bathing at home! They even helped with a sanitary shave. Great place and we will be back!

I did the self service wash after taking my dog to the Ike Dog Park and he was quite muddy. Everything there was clean, regularly maintained, and a breeze! They have 3 different shampoos - a sensitive, an ultimate, and a flea shampoo as well as a conditioner and ear cleaner and cotton balls all prepared for you at each station. Im so glad they have the flea shampoo as I always like to just do a flea wash after visiting any dog park. They also supply aprons for you so your clothes stay (relatively) dry! Towels were fresh and continously restocked at each station. The drying station had fresh brushes and combs along with your choice of blow dryer - a human hair dryer or a higher powered blower. Best part yet, you can ask them to clip your dogs nails for just an extra $10! I have a corgi and i got out with just $26 including the nail trim. Very reasonably priced, i was greatly impressed with the staff, and I will definitely update when i get a full groom from them! Staff was wonderful, very friendly, and great with my dog. Super impressed!

While the official closing time is listed as 4:00 PM, the self-wash tubs actually close at 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:35 PM to find the floorboards already up and the stations cleaned. I was told they were closed as it was after 3:30. My dog could easily be washed in 20 minutes as he has short hair and no under coat. I do not need the blow dryer, just a few towels. Both the website and Google listing should clearly state that the last wash is strictly at 3:30 PM. I understand the staff likely wanted to leave early on such a beautiful day, but I wasted 40 minutes of driving time and gas for nothing. Moving forward, I’ll just wash my dogs at home.

I have always been able to clip my pet’s nails….NOT Gracie, an 8# rat terrier/chihuahua mix that will hide at first sight of nail clippers. With tiny muzzle in hand, we headed out to Dog Gone Clean. It has been several years now, and Gracie still has to wear a muzzle, but doesn’t fight near as much and everyone who has ever helped us has been fantastic with her! Always a very short to no wait time when I walk in. Highly recommend this awesome local business!

Great place, clean. Plenty of supplies, warm water and towels. Sinks are deep and easy to use. Blow dryers too. 😀 My pup left happy and fresh as a daisy.. We will be returning often. Thank you

Cory is the best groomer ever! The whole place is fantastic. I take my dog minimum of once a month to the self-serve dog wash and they have the best setup that I've seen for my dog and the cheapest prices that I have found! To self-serve it's $18 and the place is super clean with lots of stations for washing and drying. This time for $30 I got my dogs paws and tail colored for Halloween and I think That is an incredible price! I would highly recommend taking your dog there for grooming. They are so wonderful with the animals and really go out of their way to make everyone feel super fantastic!
